Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 3 days)
One day after I applied online, I was contacted by a Take Care Health Talent Business Partner to arrange for a phone interview. It was to be scheduled for one hour and took nearly that long to complete. During that phone conversation I was given an overview of the corporation, and answered questions about my experience level and job skills. I was also offered the chance to ask any questions that I had. I was then given a quoted salary, and an email outlining a very generous benefit package. I was then told that I would be contacted by the Director of Operations to arrange for a 1:1 interview, however, after 10 business days I contacted the Talent Business Partner who I had spoken with to inquire about the status of my interview process, as I had felt that the initial phone interview had gone very well. The talent Business Partner apologized for the delay, and told me that the Director had decided to hire someone " from within the company" for this position.
I was somewhat disappointed, as i had thought that the interview had gone very well, however I am now interviewing for a different position within the company, after the Talent Business Partner I spoke with had forwarded my name and credentials to another site locally.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 3 weeks)
I completed an on-line application on thier corporate website. The application was followed by a detailed phone interview. The phone interview was followed by a one-on-one interview with the Health Center Manager. I received an offer letter, completed a UA drug screen, background check and reference check, and started about 3 weeks after the process began.
Negotiation Details
My offer was much higher than what I asked for, so I didn't negotiate.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 3 weeks)
A talent manager reviews applications and selects candidates for phone interview. The manager will then forward potential candidates to the clinic manager where vacancy exists and they schedule a 1:1 interview. The clinic manager has no say in reviewing initial applications and deciding which candidates they are interested in. Talent manager is often based in a different state. These two steps often take several weeks and many applicants when finally contacted by TCHS will state, "oh, I thought you weren't interested in me as I submitted my application long ago." It took 4 weeks to hear back from TCHS, another 2 weeks to schedule an interview and then two weeks later I contacted them to see where they were in the process because I had another job offer in the interim. I really wanted to work for this company when during the interview, the medical director told me he wanted an open, transparent, ethical process in place for the work I would be doing. If I had not contacted them for the status of this position, I think another 2 weeks would have gone by for sure. This is reflective of the multiple management layers for this company and why decisions take too long. If you are contacted and feel that you have had a successful phone interview and have not heard from someone to schedule a 1:1 interview, don't despair. Find a polite way to make an inquiry, particularly if you are keenly interested in the position and are being considered by others. This company wants to be a destination employer and are interested in recruiting good people.

Negotiation Details
I did not feel the need to negotiate as my offer was very good to begin with. However, I have a colleague that negotiated $2k more than they offered her initially. I asked for a raise after being with the company for 6 months and was rewarded with one and the promise to review more in another six months.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 months)
Interview process flowed easy.
Was more like a conversation than an interview.
Took over 1-2 months to make a decision- only negative part of interview.
The interview was one-on-one and lasted for over an hour.
Had to have phone interview with HR and Chief Nurse Practitioner Officer.
The work culture is employee-oriented and the benefits are good.
