Very Easy Interview

Channel Marketing Intern Interview

Channel Marketing Intern
New York, NY

I applied through other source and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Take-Two in December 2009.

Interview Details – Got in touch with some people from the Channel Marketing group through various personal contacts at school and from a previous role in another studio. Came in to speak with the team that consisted of 2 people at the time, then came in again on a separate occasion to speak with the director of the channel marketing group. Very casual interviews (keep in mind it was an unpaid internship). Main questions consisted of interest in games, previous experience and goals for this position.

Interview Question – How would you convince a customer to buy a large order of a game they aren't convinced will sell?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Unpaid so no negotiation.

Quality Assurance Tester Interview

Quality Assurance Tester
Northridge, CA

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Take-Two in October 2010.

Interview Details – Applied online by sending resume and cover letter. You must do this in order to be considered. Received a call to do a phone interview. Went into the company for a face to face interview which consisted of a written test, manual game testing, and two person face to face interview.

Interview Question – It was a lengthy interview process. Much more in depth than I expected.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. They paid much higher than minimum wage for testers.
