Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Talbots in November 2012.
Interview Details – Talbots is desperate for sales associates; the hours are long and the pay isn't that great although it is above many other retailers. But you earn every cent of it. After the application was submitted I went to another store for an interview. Turns out I knew the manager interviewing me so it was more of a chit chat session than a real interview where I was asked to sell an outfit to her like many others are asked to do.
Interview Question – Wasn't any. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, it was this is the hourly rate and that's that.
