i interview with 3 or 4 people for a retail sales postion. completely ridiculous. i was asked questions about my past job history, my life goals and the commitment i wanted to bring to the store. it was a job folding clothes and helping people in a dressing room.
i had total of three rounds. first was through over phone. second one in person to know more about experience and last to discuss resposibilities and details. everything was directly with the store manager.

The manager was really friendly, very much a people's person. Made me very comfortable and ease my nerves
They explained the responsibilities of the role and some expectations such as greeting customers and interacting with them. Overall a very good experience
