Interview Details – 2- step hiring process, The first interview is a telephonic one with a recruiter with the organization. He/She will check your communication skills, and overall suitability for the position. You are called to the office for a second round, where a senior recruiter or the Director takes the second round, and goes into detailed grilling about your fit for the position.
