Training Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Taleo in August 2011.
Interview Details – Well organized and executed. The recruiter was knowledgable about the skill sets required for the job and conducted an effective interview. Hiring Managers were aware of what had occured during interviews with recruiter and other hiring Mangers. Presentation content was well prepared and documented giving me the opportunity to demonstrate my presentation.
Overall process highlighted skills required to perform job duties.

Training Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
The process took 1 week - interviewed at Taleo in July 2011.
Interview Details – The interview process was pretty straight forward. Phone interview with recruiter, then with hiring manager follow by a virtual presentation with a panel. After that i got the offer in 2 days.
