Interview Details – I was a high school student with no experience and i went in for my interview. Lots of situational questions asking what you would do. In the end i got rejected however they called me back 2 weeks later asking me to come back for a second interview. Interview Details – Applied online, recieved an email a couple days later to come in during their hiring fair.
I arrived 30m early. They asked me about my availability then gave me a chair and told me to wait. A few minutes later the interviewer (She said she'd been hired a week before, I don't remember her position) led me to a large room full of other people being interviewed. She was friendly but it felt slightly forced. She described the various positions they were looking to fill (it was a hiring fair, so all of them) and then 3 or so basic situational questions.
After the first interview they led me back to wait, then another person came and performed almost the exact same interview. They said the two of them would talk it over and I'd be notified in a week.
Interview Question – "Describe a time when you later noticed you had made a mistake?"
"Have you ever had a time where you had multiple tasks to do and only a limited amount of time to do them in? How did you go about doing it?"
"Talk about a time when you work in a team." View Answer
