Very focussed on scenarios. US type personality assessment. Multiple interviewers run by same questions handed to them as a form. Extremely documented. No technology, no coding.

The hr was very helpful in conducting the interview. I was mainly asked questions frommy background and the things which would have been relevant for my future role. The role was properly described to me and sll my questions were satisfactorily answered. There were 5 rounds in total

interview was good as i was reffered by a friend. first it was through phone then they sent me The JD. i was called in for interview for 3 diff process. it got a little confusing in the beginig as i was fresher. LAter they selected me for Assoc Merchandise Payable position. Interview consisted of - Personal interview, Acc knowledge, and then HR.

Got to know about the position at Target India through a cold call from a staffing agency who found my profile on a networking portal. After I shared my detailed CV, it took several weeks before someone from the company called. A phone screen call was set up with someone from HR. The HR person didn't seem to have even read my resume. Fairly dull conversation. Didn't hear back for 3-4 weeks. Then they called to set up a face-to-face meeting with a Sr Mgr. The interview was very structured, almost rigid. The interviewer had a booklet from which questions were asked! Mostly behavioral questions.

Got my resume submitted through employee and got a call within 3 days of submission. 3 rounds of interview was scheduled for a day. 2 rounds happened the day scheduled and they said they will collect feedback of 2 rounds and if required call for 3rd round. Next day they called up to inform 2 rounds went well and hence i have meet VP for 3rd round. That was after a week. I finished the VP round and they said HR will call me back next day. But there was no call and waited for few days and sent a mail. No response.Even i tried to call the HR and no response.They were very professional whole process and was very impressed. Not giving the feedback after VP round even after sending an email is not good for a company like Target.
