Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 months)
I am still in the interview process. I had two phone interviews that were behavioral based and then I completed a online test that was a mix of behavioral questions and actual math type questions. I have been called in for a face to face interview. I applied before the holidays so the process is taking a few weeks.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 5 days)
I applied online and a week later was contact by regional recruiter. We had 2 phone conversations lasting anywhere from 30-45 minutes each depending on your answers. I was then asked to do an online assessment that takes a little more than an hour. After that i had an interview with 3 people and was not offered the position. The interview were fairly common to most interview i had in the past.... what's your weakness, strength, tell me of a time when... etc!

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 2 days)
I met a campus recruiter at a career fair at my University and was then called in for an interview at the local store which consisted of 5 scenario/behavioral questions with the store manager. I was told to fill out an online application and a few weeks later was called for another interview at another store which was with three people answering behavioral questions. I then two weeks later recevied a phone call telling me that I would have an interview with the DTL in January.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
hiring process is cool and a little bit rushy. you get the impression that people are rushing or they are not interested. in fact the culture is to to be as concise as possible and keep things as simple as possible and not convoluded. however, this should be explained to you are the process starts not in the middle of the interview.
