I applied in-person and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Target in January 2012.
Interview Details – Overflow work from a field I'm experienced in. Repairing electronic consumer equipment I tried the retail area at Target and found that respect and people that were actually willing to take time to train you hard to come by. The reason is that Target wants you to work at your highest possible speed figuring in burn out s and people getting hurt in the bottom line. I'm an experienced worker everyone came to me to troubleshoot whatever. Never got recognized for it and they let the last team leader(the 56th one in 3 years eat my heart out. When I complained they shut him down for like 2-3 weeks but being the idiot that he was he just started up again creating a never-endingcycle. I was finally offered a Team lead position in another area of the city far from my house like an hour compared to 10 minutes. Finally threw in the towel...Hands down the worst job I've ever had! Now I decided to go back into the electronics field although the opportunities not as good as they used to be
