This was a great interview experience. The process consisted of the HR rep contacting me, two TL's interviewing me and the HR rep offering me the job. Everyone was very relaxed and encouraging, which made the interview very laid back. The people in the office were very polite and the whole store was great in welcoming me once I was hired.

Fill out app at kiosk computer tells you to pick up phone and wait for an interview . go through a series of two team leads and 1 Leader on duty asking you basic interview questions then off to the Human resource manager for a job offer. after acceptance you are instructed to go to Labcorp for a urine test within 24 hours they call you back in two days to set up an orientation day watch videos and take tour of store. report to work

Filled out computer application in store. Phone next to computer rang, and I had two interviews immediately. Required to go submit to a drug test the next day, and was hired within the week. Very quick process. Do not apply if you have any drugs in your system, it is a waste of your time and Target's.

Initially I applied to work for Target online. About 10 minutes after I applied I received a call from Target asking me to come in. I took a test while at there and was told to come back for an interview. I was interviewed by two Target Managers at once.

I applied for the position online and received a call almost one month later. I met with the the Team Leader of HR first who was very pleasant. They told me that I would be qualified for a leadership position (I have a bachelors) and asked if I was interested. I told her that I was put at the time I applied, there were no opening available. I then met with the ETL of Logisitics who asked me the same behavioral questions (what would you do...) and was offered the job of Flow Team Member. I have been there since July.

I arrived at the store at 2:10 and had an interview scheduled for 2:30. I first met with the HR rep and then had another interview with a manager. They were straight forward questions and a couple behavioral questions. I just expressed interest in their company, answered truthfully, and got the job.

I was called by HR staff and was told about the position opening and I was asked if was interested. I was interviewed by 3 people. The first interview was with the department leader, for whom I had to wait a couple of xtras days, because he was sick. He was very polite and straight to the point. He asked me about 5 different type of standard behaivoral questions. Then he scheduled my for a second round of question with the store leader. I was asked similar questions and was asked to if I had any questions. Then he told me that I was the kind of candidate that he is looking for sent a message to HR to start the hiring process. The final phase was with HR which was more of a paperwork filling out asking question about drugs and stuff like that. I got the job offer that day.

You receive two separate interviews, each by a prospective boss. then the two bosses and the hr person decide whether or not to hire you. some people receive interviews on separate days and are hired later. I received both interview and was hired within 2 hours of my arrival. The hire is conditional based on passing a drug test within 24 hours.

Interviewed with 2 hourly team leaders, and Executive Team Member. Interview was basically straightforward, in small confined space. Not a lot of eye contact, as it seemed to be a constant flow of applicants at this location. Kinda awkward layout and process. Painless, though awkward.
