Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 days)
First I received a phone call from the HR executive. They asked me several questions about my previous job, my current availability, and other "get to know you" questions. After the phone interview was over we set up a day to do the follow-up in person interviews. I chose a day when I could do all the interviews at once. Needless to say I spent several hours in the office. The interview questions mostly consisted of situational interview questions "tell me about a time..."

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Dayton, OH (took 2 weeks)
I submitted my application and called to follow up because from experience if you don't call they won't call you. I walked in and they did two interviews one with the store team lead and one with the lead on duty. Then later that day the HR manager called to schedule another interview. After that I waited a week for a phone interview with the district team lead. Just be patient but persistent.

There wasn't much of a negotiation process. You went into your job offer with the rate of pay pre-determined and you accept it basically that was it.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
For this process there is a total of four interviews. The first two are each with two salaried executives from the store that are normally done in the same day. One will ask the questions from the interview packet and the other will write down the answers and possibly ask other questions related to, but not in, the packet. They are pretty standard situational questions that are more focused on leadership.
After you pass those two interviews you are then scheduled to interview with the Store Team Lead (store manager). This interview has similar questions to the first two interviews. The difference with this interview though is that this one is one on one.
After you pass that interview you move on to the District Team Lead (District Manager). For me this was a phone interview due to his availability but was told that it could have been in person as well. This interview is a little less structured because he asked a few questions similar to before but added a few general questions as well in an attempt to get to know you a little better. The questions can be about what you like to do in your freetime and stuff like that.
After all the phone interview I found out later that day that I had passed and I accepted the offer to become a Guest Service Team Lead.

Interviewed May 2011 in Viera, FL (took 1 week)
I applied online, and waited a few weeks for a response. I eventually got a call asking me to come in for an interview. When I arrived I was directed to a computer to take a personality and behavior questionnaire. It was ~250 questions, but was not particularly difficult. Afterwards I was called in for 3 consecutive interviews, of increasing length, and with people of increasing importance. I don't remember exactly what position my first interviewer was, but the second person was one of ~6 executive managers in the store, and the final was the Store Team Lead (top manger). Each interviewer has a predetermined list of behavioral questions to ask, and the recorded your answers. E.g. "Name a time when you had to solve a problem like _____. Tell what the problem was, how you come up with a solution, and what the final outcome was." At the end of the final interview the STL went off script to ask me other questions that pertained to the specific duties I would be performing if hired, and that phase went very well. When I left, I was told the HR manager was on vacation, but she would be back in a week, and I would hear something then. In about a week I received a phone call about doing a drug test within 24 hours. I did that, and after the results got back to HR, I was called in for orientation. Orientation was a group effort, with other new hires present, and was just general information, mostly on video. Orientation took 5-1/2 hours, and I walked out with my work schedule.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation is minimal, as there are set wages for each role. On the other hand, apparently there is a little wiggle room, as I was told that I was offered the top pay for my role because they really wanted me. I can't suggest any tips, though.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.
