The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Grand Junction, Mesa, CO) in Sep 2010
Interview
Applied on the internet and was called the next morning I however was not able to pick up the phone and they did NOT leave me a message I had to call them back to found out who called me and schedule the interview. I was interviewed one on one by the HR team member first she had a paper with a list of questions and then would write down my responses then she left the room and the HR ETL had a paper and asked me similar questions then she left the room and talked with the other team member who interviewed me and came back and offered me the job.

Question 1
If a guest came up to you mad what would you do to better the situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Mansfield, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was an online interview, and I didn't meet anyone face-to-face. So, it was a little awkward to act like myself when I was just looking at a screen rather than actually speaking to a person.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team to complete a goal."
They give you questions virtually, then time to prepare a response. You don't actually have an interview with a person, your answers to the questions are recorded. A manager will then review your answers and then proceed from there.

Question 1
You notice a guest needs help on the sales floor, but you're in the middle of a task. What do you do?
I applied for the position online, and was called for an interview a few days later. I had interview with a team lead and then an exec team lead. Very straightforward and simple experience overall.
