The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2011
Interview
I don't know if I got the job, the interview was just today. I wanted to write because it was somewhat different than what I read on here. I came in and was put on the computer to fill out some situational questions. It took 3 people to figure this out. I knew because they told me on the phone. Then I had to wait at the snack bar and both interviewers were there so I am glad I didn't get on my phone and say something dumb. The first was really quiet and not very outgoing so I had to be more reserved. She read my resume' but didn't take it. The other woman interviewed another woman right behind us so I could hear her questions as well as all the other noise in there. After the first left I moved and waited for the other woman who pretty much repeated the questions. There were no 3 folders to see if you got the job and they didn't hire anyone on the spot-they told the other woman the same as they told me. It's did not take all day and they did not offer any drug tests, etc.
The interview is 100% Virtual. Verry straight forward. You have about 3 minutes to think of your answer to the question and another 3 to record your answer. You get 3 chances to re-record your answer to each question.

I have never had such a difficult on boarding process. The initial interview was great. In the interview, I mentioned I had a family matter to take care of and would not be available. The manager and I agreed to delay my start date by a week and advise me to watch my email for an offer letter. Then CRICKETS
