Interview
I applied online on Thursday and was called on Mondayfor an interview. My interview was yesterday (Thursday). I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in at guest services. The employee was very friendly and led me to the kiosk where i answered 20 questions about different situations, and had to determine the best and worst responses. After I finished I went back to guest services and she called HR to let them know I was waiting. She called back a few times. there weren't any chairs nearby so I had to stand and wait about 20 minutes for someone to come and escort me to an interview room. I waited 10 more minutes then was interviewed by a very nice manager. He asked me 5 questions, asking me to "tell me time when..." Then we discussed my availability and I was left to wait some more. The next interview was given by an executive team member who was also friendly and laid back. She asked similar questions, a few were slightly different. Afterwards I waited a little longer then the HR rep came back in and offered me the job after i pass the drug and background check.
