No Offer – Interviewed in Watertown, MA Apr 2010 – Reviewed Feb 29, 2012
Interview Details – Being a current employee at Target, they will have you relocate to another target store to gain the experience of working in a different environment. Only did a phone interview, starts off asking about your past jobs and extracurriculars. Then they will ask you situational type questions where you had to lead, conflicts with another co-worker or boss, successes/failures, and strengths/weaknesses. Target is a team oriented culture with a very energetic and demanding work environment and being able to provide help for guests(customers). They also have target lingo to make the environment more cheerful. No feedback is given after the interview. They also have target lingo to make the environment more cheerful.
