Target Intern Interview

Interview Details – Being a current employee at Target, they will have you relocate to another target store to gain the experience of working in a different environment. Only did a phone interview, starts off asking about your past jobs and extracurriculars. Then they will ask you situational type questions where you had to lead, conflicts with another co-worker or boss, successes/failures, and strengths/weaknesses. Target is a team oriented culture with a very energetic and demanding work environment and being able to provide help for guests(customers).
