Target Cashier Interview

Interview Details –
You have to fill out a stupid questionnaire and if they like what they see they'll call you in for an interview.
After that if they like you they will give you a call to interview.
First you get interviewed by a Team Leader (Department Manager) if he/she likes you then you get another interview but this time with an Executive Team Leader (one of the Store Managers) and if they like they will hire you.
After that its a background check and a drug test.
Interview Question – name something you did not work related in which you were in charge in if any? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They will not give a penny more than minimum.
