Target Seasonal Cashier Interview

Interview Details – I first applied online and got a call a few days later for an interview they scheduled the next Monday. The interview lasted about an hour and a half, most of it i spent waiting i a room until the next person came in. I did a total of three interviews, but the last was really just confirming schedules and liabilities... The mangement was a little weird, when i first got there the person who interviewed me first didnt know they were doing an interview that day.
They asked fairly simple questions, why Target? Describe yourself, past experience, have you ever dealt with difficult customers, why would you be a good fit for target.
