One phone round with recruiter and one behavioral interview. Behavioral round asked situationals and your customer service experience. They gave you example questions to prep for, so as long as you’re ready to answer all, it should be fine.

Interview
Phone interview first, told immediately I was moved onto next round. Second interview was a one on one setting. 4 interviews total.
Recruiters are friendly and easy to work with, though sometimes were very delayed on responding to emails/phone calls in between interviews.

It was pretty short and they mainly asked about how I handle working on a team with other people. They asked a couple of questions regarding my work experience but they did send me a study guide before my interview of things they might asked which reeally helped.

Interview
I scheduled a time and she called me, no video. This was done with the hiring manager. She sounded automated and it was not personable at all. It only took around 25 minutes.
