No Offer – Interviewed in Farmington, NM – Reviewed Feb 11, 2013
Interview Details – Applied online. Finally got a call about two months later for an initial phone interview. This was somewhat informal, mainly just a resume review and brief introduction. Scheduled formal phone interview for the next week. This consisted of five behavior based questions, as everyone mentioned here. I studied and came up with responses for around twenty questions that people had encountered. Unfortunately, my questions were almost all not ones mentioned here so I felt unprepared and struggled. The interview had me complete the online assessment before making a decision. Got the call today that they were pursuing other candidates. Very nice human resource person throughout process.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you used ingenuity to solve a difficult problem. Tell me about a time you disagreed with your boss. Tell me about a time you rallied a team. Tell me about a time you faced a decision with deep ramifications. Tell me about a time you went against directives but achieved positive results. Answer Question
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 months.
