set up an interview day for all candidates to be interviewed round-robin style. 2 inverviewers to each interview. This occurs once monthly and all of the store managers and the district manager are present and decisions are made that day based of the interviews

Round robins. Keep in mind, they are always hiring! They always have interviews. So you need to stand out as much as possible. Be energetic, be friendly and be confident. Mostly behavioral questions.

Its always tough to go through back to back to back interviews, so be ready for that. Have great examples already in mind so you can just flow a good conversation with the interviewer.
