Interview Details – Very friendly recruiter, asked lots of behavioral questions. Key things to talk about are leadership experience and how you work with difficult people. Have examples of outcomes from successful team projects, as well as some projects that haven't been successful and why.
Interview Question – Describe a time when you worked with a difficult person. How did you resolve the issue and what was the outcome? Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
