      Executive Team Lead Intern Interview

      Mar 3, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2009

      Interview

This interview was very basic, yet well thought out. All questions could have been applied to any other job category. First, there was a phone interview (which varies) depending on where you live. Then, you meet the district leader which is the final interview after a "quick tour" of Target headquarters.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Name a time when a manager said or did something you did not agree with, what did you do, what was your response?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Have you ever been in a situation where you saw a co-worker facing an ethical challenge? If so, what did you do?
