I applied to an on-line job posting via the web, a week or so later I was contacted via email for a phone interview. The phone interview went well and an in-person interview was requested. Both interviews were similar behavior based questions (approx 5 questions each). Energy and enthusiasm for the Target culture are definitely a plus. The STAR interviewing method is perfectly suited for Target store interviews.

I declined the offer only because it required re-location.

Other Details

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
