Interview Details – After submitting an application online, 2 days later I received a call setting up a phone interview. This consisted of standard personality and experience questions. Two days after this interview I received another call setting up an in-person interview. This interview was basically them asking if I was able to physically handle the job, what type of personality I had, and what experiences I had that would help me with this job. This interview went well, they asked me to wait a few minutes, then the HR person came out and asked to speak with me in her office. She offered me the job immediately.

No Offer – Interviewed in Ocean, NJ Feb 2013 – Reviewed Mar 16, 2013
Interview Details – I filled out an application online at about 6pm and 2 hours later I was called to set up a telephone interview. The phone interview was about 3 days later and it was for 10:30pm since it was for an overnight position. The phone interview was pretty easy. I was asked a few behavioral questions and about my strenghts and weaknesses. After the phone interview I was set up for an in person interview. This in person interview was scheduled at night time too. When I arrived I was asked to complete a test that was on the computer and after that I was called into the HR for the interview. The person that interviewed me never looked me in the eyes, she just asked questions off of a sheet of paper. I was asked questions about if a customer wanted shoes for her child and they weren't in stock, what would I do. I was asked about my availability and my strenghts and weaknesses. She asked me if I had any questions and I did and I asked them. I felt like she didn't connect with me at all. She kept yawning and acting like she was in a hurry and she didn't give a good interview.

Interview Details – I applied online. I got a call back after a few days, and they asked if I was interested in being an overnight stocker, as they were particularly looking for these. i said yes. I had two interviews, but they were split up into two different visits, because they made a mistake with the scheduling and didnt have time for me. So, my first interview was difficult. The man actually got a little angry with me. He asked me many questions looking for "a specific time when blah blah blah happened" and at first i was talking in generalities and he got visibly irritated, which was kinda.... scary i guess. My experience is working in the school districts, however I have just moved to Mass. so I am looking for a job while I get certified in this state. He asked me why I don't look elsewhere, where my experience is. Then during one of my questions, he asked like he didn't believe my answer. He was basically a very rude person. Then the 2nd interviewer was much nicer.... but I think it was too late. The first interviewer did not like me. So yeah. No offer. Oh well.....
Interview Question – I can't remember. They were boring and highly detailed "real experience" type questions about working on a team or something. Answer Question
