Initial communication was a phone call from a recruiter from the company. The recruiter asked a few situational interview questions during this phone call. After those questions, they scheduled a phone interview 3 days later. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of mostly situational questions such as "Give me an example of a time you had to coach a difficult employee and what you did to bring about a change in their behavior?" There were also questions such as "What would your boss say is something you need to work on or what would your employees say you need to work on?" Overall the questions were very typical of what you would expect in the first interview with a company.
