The interview was fairly hard taking into consideration a recent graduate who had no idea about behavioral questions. And that is all you should expect from Target. Four people interviewed me, two at a time and they literally throw you situational questions. Give us an example of a win win situation you we're involved in?

After meeting with Target at a career fair at my University, I was invited to interview at my campus career center. Before the interview, I had to complete an online skills/behavior/intelligence test.

At the interview, I was asked behavioral questions. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions for them, after which I asked them a few questions about the job.

The process is still going on actually. I was invited to a tour at a local store as the next step, so I guess I can't really say what the final outcome was since that hasn't happened yet!

Overall pleasant experience. The two people who interviewed me were very friendly and professional.
