I applied in the summer for a full-time position in a new course. I was called in about four months later for the adjunct position in another discipline. The following was never clear to me: 1) why I drifted to the *top* 2) whatever happened to my other application 3) would I ever be able to go full-time 4) what the requirements and pay were
