2 rounds of interview
First -aptitude test
Second- HR/Technical
Aptitude round consists of verbal analysis,quantitative and basic maths. Most of the questions where tricky but easy to solve. Verbal can be compared to GRE.
In HR round they basically ask basics of the graduating subjects and a puzzle and one thing they mainly ask about your future plans. Being patient answering calmly and confidently would help a lot.

We had to clear an aptitude test after which we were allowed to take the technical cum H.R round. Interviewer was friendly and co-operative. Questions were from various topics such as C,C++, DBMS and Algorithms. Then they asked me about my schooling, place of birth, what I liked about the company and why did I wanted to join the company.

Since it was a campus interview held at a very reputable college, and the company was in dire need of employees, the interview process was very simple. Very easy questions testing basic intelligence and learning capabilities.

Well, its a normal process. You must have 60+ in 10th/12th and BE/B.Tech till then. Read Barrons 12-14th editions. Most of the questions will match exactly.
Interviews can be very tough depending on the panelist. CSE & IT students should brush up their knowledge to the core. Rest all streams, prepare in one or two favorite and core subjects. Give positive answers always. Do not show attitude or even if you know more than what they have asked, this will lead to disaster.

Starts out with an aptitude test ( for college recruitment only). Shorlisted candidates are then asked to give their technical interview, in which all kinds of technical questions are asked, based on the candidate's specialization.
From here, selected candidates are sent to the Management round, where they are tested to see how effectively they handle high pressure situations or respond to criticism. A thick hide and a quick mind will get you through this.
Finally is the HR round, where you are briefed about the company policies, and you may have a GD at this part. This is just to ascertain your ease of communication.
