the hiring and interviews were held in the college itself,which consisted of a written Aptitude exam,only those who secured enough marks needed to qualify were called for 3 rounds of interview viz.technical, group discussion and Human Resources.

1st u will have a written test where they check ur aptitude and IQ level by giving mathematical,logical and reasoning questions ...
2nd round is a Technical round where they check ur technical skills by posing questions relating to ur field
3rd is the Manegement round where they give some situations and checks ur decision making capability
and last is the HR round where they will check ur body language ur communication skills etc

my experience of the interview was an average one.though i was not offered the job ,but i was not even aiming for that .i was just shortlisted by my college and took part in that without any preparation.however my experience about the whole process was quite good.they were keen in picking candidates that were serious for the job and had prepared hard for getting selected.so i would suggest,if anyone wants to make it into the company,prepare yourself and there is no reason for you to get rejected.

they are asking question on software languages even i iam a Electronics student they don't even tell us the job profile or salary . Some questions are on family background and the technical quetions are frustrating ..

It started with all the aspiring candidates giving a computer based aptitude test which mainly consisted of questions related to quant and general english. Those shortlisted were given the chance to sit for a technical interview followed by an hr interview.The process was well organized.

There were 2 interviews.. one technical and one panel. the technical interview consisted of some questions on C, C++, SQL and JAVA. it was not very difficult type
the panel interview was mainly a communications check round. a topic was given along with a specified time to speak on it

My interview was conducted for 2 hours and 15 min. The interview process consists of 3 rounds. Technical,Managerial,and HR rounds. Technical interviews has been done for 1 hour.They tested my skills on DBMS(Normalisation) , Operating Systems, C ,C++. They asked me the great programme that I have written for my life. I answered it by SNAKE progarmme.
For Managerial round they checked my communication.It asses 4 qualities Communication ,Problem Solving,Analytical Ability, and Some other trait. I have been awarded Excellent for my communication and Analytical Ability Traits.
