TCS career site is pretty comprehensive and one place to track what is happening to your application. For Interview you need to be at their office even if its a phone interview,[for other location]. HR's are not that responsive however their website solves this drawback

I got call to schedule 1:1 round on weekend. I went to their place. After about 1.5 hours they called me for panel discussion. It went for more than 2 hours. Everything they asked about Techanical only. Interviwers were good, they were trying to understand the thing, helpful in nature.
After clearing that round, hr guys asked me to wait for Mangers Round. It started after waiting for 3 hours. It went for 30 min with managerial and technical question.
After clearing second round HR discussed with me about compensations

One day walk-in; Technical Round,Managerial Round same day morning and evening slot respectively.
Subsequent HR call on 7th day.
perceptions of the people was good that time, after joining it feels not worthy.

3 rounds of Interview process. They have this online portal which is very useful since you are able to track your application.Most of the companies say that they will get back and then there is a long wait and you don't even know whether you are going to get a call back or not. Even your result, whether you are selected or rejected is unknown. Here you can keep a track of ur application. Right from your appllication selection to Offer letter download, Background Check process, everything is transparent.
The HR is very organized. Overall the recruitment and selection process is the most organized i have ever seen.

As most of you know, interviews in TCS depend on the client. I was interviewed for EMC client. Questions were mostly based on C and Operating systems. There were some stupid HR questions as well.

3> Memory corruption, how to fix it.
4> Memory management in C
