Interview Details –
The interview process management is excellent starting from the first call till induction. There were two rounds first technical and the HR. Technical is straight forward and the interview sticks on simple technical question. If you have good experience on your skill the tech round will be a breeze.
The HR round is mostly a salary negotiation round and you definitely need to be good with negotiations..

Interview Details – Interview and Hiring process is not upto the mark of the 'Tata' brand name. The process looks more like they intend only to amass people irrespective of whether they have the zeal to work in IT.
Interview Question – Nothing really.All the questions are absurd most of the time, except for few who ask about technical skills of the individuals. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation really. The college needed to show 100% placements and TCS needed work-force in bulk.
