Interviewed Oct 2011 in Budapest (Hungary) (took 2 weeks)
The interview was arranged through a recruiting agency. The first part of the interview's procedure was with the manager (team leader) of the specific project. It was explained what the project and the vacancy is about. A few professional questions were asked. The second part was with the HR associate. This part included personality/character questions. The corporate dressing code was not particularly formal. The final answer was in about 2 weeks.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Vadodara (India) (took a day)
The first round was the Language round. They were checking for English language proficiency. They gave one extempore on which each had to speak for 3-5 minutes.
The second round was the general HR round. The questions were like why do you want to change your job, and where do you see yourself after 5 years. Hobbies, Strength, weakness, etc. Simple HR questions.
The third round was technical, where they asked a lot of analytical questions on numbers, and logical questions. As I applied for Business Analyst, there was a simple case study too.
The last round was with the Hub Leader of the process. He grilled me too much with my engineering questions, but was mainly checking how much grasping power one has. The simple discussions regarding the process I had applied for.
Then their held a simple written round which was more of a formality. It contained simple maths and logical questions.

Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 6 weeks)
Interviewer missed multiple scheduled interview times altogether. Feedback was poor or non-existent. Interviewer seemed overloaded with other priorities and unprepared for the discussion. Unprofessional would be a generous ascertainment - one of the worst interview processes that I have ever been a party to.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Amsterdam (Netherlands) (took 5 days)
Ours was pretty standard.
1 Recruiter reviews application
2. Recruiter phone interviews
3. Assessment
4. Hiring Manager interview
5. Background checks
One key frustration is that quite often candidates are not prepared for a phone interview. They haven't found a quiet place or in some cases schedule the interview for when they know they will be driving in their car.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
The interview was simple. No challenging questions. The panel was very professional and attentive. The questions were typical text-book types. Some personal information and interests were also asked. The interviewers also gladly answered questions about the job profile. The conversation went well and one didn't even have to open his / her portfolio.
