    it was a video conference which is a whole new experience, as i'm a post graduate in advanced construction from nicmar hyd. interviewer mainly posed questions regarding planning, scheduling of project and even contracts management related questions also. questions was so easy and basic in nature, but when u answer a question he creates a real life situation and ask u how u r gng to face it. my interview was of 2 rounds which comprises of technical and hr. both rounds went well as hr personnel was friendly and motivating each time i answer correct. just the basics will do, to crack the interview

    Interview Details

    First round was a general written round, with technical and aptitude questions being asked. 10 members were shortlisted for whom interview was conducted. Technical interview was conducted over Skype. It was a basic interview with no difficult questions asked. HR personnel wanted to know more about my future plans.

    1.Technical and Aptitude Written Test (Basic Questions related Strength of Materials, RCC and Steel Structures will be asked along with basic aptitude questions)
    2.Face to Face Interview (Basic Questions related to concepts of Strength of Materials, Structural analysis and ask to design an RCC and Steel Structure)

    Good conceptual knowledge required and high cgpa would be an added advantage. Interview questions are purely on core topics, better prepare core topics and go for interview

    Interview Details

    Campus hiring includes an aptitude test, technical interview and finally a HR interview. Aptitude will be of medium difficulty level. The technical interview is the most important part. Fundamentals related to engineering mechanics, structural analysis, RC design and Steel design are tested. Once the technical interview has been cleared, you are almost selected. Finally, the HR interview takes place to check your attitude.

    I had a campus interview for the same. Before the interview there was a shortlist from a test which they took. The test consisted of logical and technical questions.The interview was a 2 round process. There was a technical round consisting of questions from Civil Engineering followed by a HR round, where general HR questions regarding location preferences, etc. where asked.
