Interview Details – I was asked about the technical know how, administrative powers as per my role as a supervisor, Sop of a supervisor.process toward's problem solving. Attitude and behavior also relationship maintenance with fellow men as to create a team and a good healthy working environment. approach towards complaint handling. VAS marketing skills. Sincerity at work and less repeat complaints. Do it right the first time with right tools and using workshop manuals.Case reporting to Tata Motors . Bringing unresolved complaints to the technical help desk. Put a good optimistic behavior.
