Starts with group discussion with a general topic , may be current affairs or industry topic. After group discussion short listening is made. Short listed candidates are called for panel interview. In panel interview questions in areas HR, personality, core area and other interests are asked. Questions about qualification is also asked. After panel interview again candidates are short listed. Final short listed candidates are called for medical test . Once medical is done and found good offer letter is send within 2 weeks.

The selection procedure consisted of a group discussion followed by an interview.
The topic of the GD was: Will China overtake India in terms of industrialisation?
In the interview I was asked core metallurgical questions, specially related to mechanical behaviour of materials eg: stress strain curve, plasticity etc
