Applied online, skills test then contacted to schedule phone interview approx 1 week after online test. At end of phone interview, scheduled to come in for a group orientation to get a better understanding of position. At end of group orientation was asked if I wanted to pursue the position still and scheduled a face to face interview. Interviewed Friday and received job offer Monday .

The HR called the applicant for the phone interview. Once it good, they will give my resume to the branch office and look at it. Once the branch approved it, they will the call applicant to set a one in one interview.

Typical interview question such as behavioural questions. Was asked about salary expectations and location. I was also told that my information given during the phone interview would be passed on to the relvant branch and that if they saw fit they would set up a face to face interview. still havent heard back from them.

The majority of the interview is behavioral questions and focuses on your resume a little less. HR Rep asks a lot about how you reacted to certain situations, naming a time you experienced different things, etc. Nothing tricky and no brain teasers--a pretty straightforward interview.
The final interview is with a hiring manager who asks a lot of similar questions and also goes through your resume.

Hourly rate is negotiable for anyone--even first year interns. It's a great program.

After I applied I got an email from the HR recruitor within 3 days. I was asked questions about my salary requirements, availability,why I'm seeking to leave my current place of employment, etc, and for a copy of my resume. I responded the same day and got a reply from her the next day, saying she gave my info to the bank manager. I had my interview 6 days later, i sent a follow up thank you email and got a response but she hasn't made a final decision yet and said I will hear from her soon. I interviewed with the bank manger and supervisor and they were both very awesome i loved it! She was very impressed that I did my research and talked a little about the company's history. we role played and I "sold" her a checking account and she was just in love with me by the end of the interview. she also asked for a couple of extra copies of my resume. My advice: do your research on the company and be yourself, they dont expect you to be an expert but you can find plenty of info on the banks website.

Very easy e=interview. Recruiter called me, and i agreed to come in. Had my first interview with a manager of a different branch, passed. Went and had a second interview the same day. I got a call to come down to TD Bank the next day. I accepted job offer, & so far it's lovely!

After I applied online, got invited to a panel interview, which was in the room with 20 other people. After the panel interview, in two weeks got 1:1 interview, and was hired after that based on the decision of the interviewer, was ask generic questions, how would I handle difficult customer, my strengths and weaknesses, etc.
