I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Teach for America in November 2011.

Interview Details – I started off with a general online application on their website. I got an email saying that I passed to the 1-1 interview and had to schedule an appointment and take an assessment test. A few weeks later, I received another email that I was accepted to the final interview. The interview consisted of each applicant presenting a five minute lesson, group activity, and a 1-1 interview.
