Interview Details – Screening interview with recruiter - general 'fit' questions ('why TfA, why this position?); you're asked to rate yourself on their cultural norms; then one or two behavioral questions with follow up - in this case, I was asked "Which of these traits are you the strongest in?". Phone interview took about 45 minutes, follow up email within a week indicating I wouldn't move on in the process.
