Interviewed Aug 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took a day)
45 Minutes into the 1v1 interview on the final day, they ask me, "why teach?" and "just HOW familiar are you with our goals and mission?" Talk about hostile trip-up questions!
Overall, you're safer as an applicant if you've done "traditional" leadership programs (ie, fraternity/sororities, campus groups, and athletics) and are a business-finance-law type, since you'll be less rough around the edges as say, an education student. If most of your involvement is something substantial but non-traditional, be prepared to spend the entire final interview defending and explaining it.
