The application process for Teach for America was fairly simple. I got accepted throught the next process which was the phone interview. They asked questions concerning your past work experience, the difficulties you faced and how you dealt with them and why you want to join. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was accepted to attend the final interview stage so I'm hoping it goes well, but I heard it consists of a 5 minute presentation, group discussion and 1 on 1 interview.
