I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Teach for America in March 2011.

Interview Details – First you have the phone interview then group interview. Take assessments at the group interview, teach a 5 minute lesson plan, the interviewers go over their experience with TFA with the group, then you have the 1 on 1 interview which lasts about an hour.

Interview Question – Regarding your teaching experience, describe a time where you had to alter your academic lesson.   View Answer
