Was called in about a month and a half after my initial application submission. I sat down in a conference room with two managers who had been with the company for at least 2 years. They had a list of questions to ask which were provided by HR and pretty boiler plate, but they also has some of their own added to the mix.
It became clear that they were looking for a more Quant focused person, but coming from a PE background, I was left in the lurch for applicable experience and input.
