Interviewed Jun 2010 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
I had initial phone interviews with HR personnel before being invited into the office to interview in person. Once at the office, I went through multiple "interviews" with various department members. The reality is, the interview style was more of an open forum discussion with various team members mixed with career experience questions. We walked through my resume and they explained the expectations for the position. Interviewers made you feel very welcome and comfortable right away.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Dearborn, MI (took 2 weeks)
I reached out to a recruiter through LinkedIn and after exchanging several messages/emails, we setup a phone interview. Based on that interview I was brought in for an in-person interview. When I arrived for my in-person I was expecting to have 2 1:1 interviews, but instead got a 2:1. The office looks very cool and young; however it seemed very unorganized. There was no room available or scheduled for my interview, so they took me into some random backroom. You would expect better organization for such a large agency. The guys that interviewed me were very nice, but didn't seem very prepared for the interview and there questions were pretty easy. They were very honest about both the positive and negative sides of working for this company. I left the interview with a good feeling, which was confirmed by a message I received from the recruiter a day or so later which informed me that they wanted to start the "on-boarding process". Unfortunately that never happened and I was never given an actual offer. I don't really know what happened, but looking back I guess I should be happy I wasn't offered the job as I wouldn't want to work for a company that makes someone feel they have a job just to retract that statement the next day. I would recommend the recruiter to be more careful going forward and not give someone false hope.

Interviewed May 2011 in Dearborn, MI (took 2 weeks)
The HR rep did a great job. She was friendly, professional and prepared; I cannot say the same for the social media team. Both gentlemen I met with seemed frazzled, distracted and overworked. They barely paid attention to the questions they were asking. Both were checking texts and emails throughout the entire process and could barely explain what they did. I'd say they were almost frantic. The two men did, however, tell me all about how their supervisor just quit and what a bad spot their team was in. I walked away not wanting the job or to work on that team. HR needs to train their employees how to interview. I interviewed in May - the position is still open.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Detroit, MI (took 5+ weeks)
Long winded and had to bounce around many, many people. Ultimately, over three phone interviews and three additional in-persons, the process dragged out to over a month and a half. The nice part was that we knew we were a fit right off, so just having to affirm this to all stakeholders made the process very low stress and relaxed.
