I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Teamstudio in January 2012.

Interview Details – This company send their current problem and asked to come up with architecture and solution for that. It was called Hoverkey base solution for mobile device. Hover key is NFC card used to provide two factor authentication to secure email synchronization between outlook server and mobile device. As I have done similar project with M$ I provided quite feasible and practical solution considering reuse of Teamstudio's current product and used technology. I was surprised by the feedback that they have found more suitable guys with more matching profile. Very unusual hiring practice as employer generaly speak to the right candidates and then give them assignment.
