Interviewed Apr 2011 in Bethesda, MD (took a day)
Applied online and in a few months, I was given a call by the General Manager, requesting an interview. The interview was done at the food court and went impossibly smoothly. She just wanted me to expand on some points on my resume, asked about my availability and previous skills, and explained the job to me. I asked questions and got a good feel for the company and the store with a quick walk through and meet-and-greet of some of the other employees. Super friendly and helpful.
Negotiation Details
I didn't negotiate because everyone has a fixed salary, and hours are assigned based on your sales numbers. Any bonus you get is based on your own sales, so any "negotiation" later in your employment is done through your actions and numbers.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
