Phone interview with a very professional HR guy. Questions were pretty much about situations in which I managed other people of how did I solve problems. This is a wholesale reseller, so most of the questions are from the sales/management point of view.

There was no negotiation. This was an internship with an already established salary.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Multiple interviews, from a visit with the General Manager--to actual Supervisor and last with Teleconferencing and skill questionaire.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Clearwater, FL (took 2 weeks)
Very professional. The interviewer was cordial and asked several good questions, both behavioral and technical questions. The inteview lasted about an hour and I received feedback two weeks later (as discussed during the interview) with the results.
