I was called in for Face-to-Face interview with technical writing team manager and asked to bring along 2 copies of CV, mark sheets, passport, previous companies relieving letters. After reaching the office, I was scheduled for a written test which lasted for an hour or so. After completing the written test, the technical writing team went through my profile and previous experiences. Finally, after an hour or so, HR told me that she will contact if need be.

The overall process of slection was quite good.
It started with the Online Aptitude Test which involved the Quantitative & Verbal Tests of 40 minutes each.
The english has quite many number of questions.

The selected candidates were made to face a Technical Interview which involved skills evaluation & also testing your skills on some problem soling techniques.

Forget about them Reject Me This Time, but it was 2nd time happened with me,
First time when I went for an interview, the time is 10.00 A.M. and at 12.30.PM. Recruiter came at cubic and announced that those who are undergraduate please leave now” at the end of the interview interviewer ask me are you Ready to relocate at Noida, I said no, declined.

At the second time I went on last 29-01-2010 I went for interview on mail interview time again 10.00 Am. Interview panel started interview at 12.10 P.M, by that time when I went there she says (recruiter Lovely Ojha)
First Time answer - wait for some time.
Second Time answer – You don’t have patience?
Third Time answer – You are irritating me sit at your Desk,
This time I was rejected by the interviewer that’s ok for me because I was not selected. They treated like they don’t need all needs are for us only and we are sit there, because we dont have anather work?

Tech Mahindra Limited conducted a walk-in interview at Pune location on Sunday Oct 24. I received a email that I have been short listed for walk-in interview.

There were many candidates for different streams such as Development, Testing and further categorization in number of years in testing. I had 8+ years experience and the job required 8 years and I had more experiencein development but I have applied for Testing position so that was suffice.

I done successfully in interview answers all questions. I was told I was selected and there will be HR round. In HR round I was offered 10.5 Lakhs per anum salary and asked if its acceptable if yes need to sign as accepted. I did. HR said and further communication from the company within the next week. I submitted all xerox copies for all experience letters. I was happy that I got the job. Its now more than a month there is no communication from the company. I was called next week again to refill the job applications with exact start and end dates in the day month year format which I did. The offer in the email after that never came. The interview process and the offer negotiation and acceptance etc..
