I was called in for Face-to-Face interview with technical writing team manager and asked to bring along 2 copies of CV, mark sheets, passport, previous companies relieving letters. After reaching the office, I was scheduled for a written test which lasted for an hour or so. After completing the written test, the technical writing team went through my profile and previous experiences. Finally, after an hour or so, HR told me that she will contact if need be.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

The overall process of slection was quite good.
It started with the Online Aptitude Test which involved the Quantitative & Verbal Tests of 40 minutes each.
The english has quite many number of questions.
The selected candidates were made to face a Technical Interview which involved skills evaluation & also testing your skills on some problem soling techniques.

Our campus interview was held in march..
It consisted 3 parts:-
1)aptitude test
2)technical interview
3)HR interview.
Interview was fantastic..the person taking our interview was highly knowledgeable of each and every branch.
Aptitude test was good. It was to check every aspects i.e. logical reasoning,English,quantitative aptitude etc. of students.
HR interview was also good.

A written test followed by 3 technical rounds. One HR round. After this i had a round with the VP. After this i was sent home , with the confirmation on joining.

Reason for Declining
I declined the offer because as promised to give a fair package for a 3 years experience on the first day of the interview, the company changed its mood on the second day. (Second day i was called to take the offer letter from them). And they asked me to join for a very less package which was beyond expectation. In such cases the company can send the salary break up thru mail and not save the energy resources of india by calling ppl to their premises and offering them 'prasad'. I would lik to bring it to the management not to repeat such kinda mistakes in future. It gives a bad name to your company and i would never like to be interviewed for this company again

it was not that tough like other core comapanies in electronics dept. Technical interview was more about basics of C,c++,java and some other questions also. Though it was named technical interview but many HR questions were also asked by the inviewer. next round was HR which was not realy tough. but one thing apptitude test was hard as the time was very short.

The total selection procedure consisted of 3 rounds. At first was the Aptitude round which consisted of two parts each of 40 mins. The first part consisted of 100 questions from Quantitative, Verbal, Non-verbal, Maths.The second part consisted 100 questions in 10 divisions from English Grammar. After clearing this round, there was the Technical Interview where questions were asked from respective stream's subjects, C, C++, DS etc. & final year project may be. After clearing that, the final round was the HR interview where the personality & problem solving/decision making ability of the canditate was judged.
