Interview Details – I met at a home depot store (which is where they sell their brands) and walked around. The interviewer had since been promoted, but was once a field sales rep so she knew what i was going through and could tell she was trying to make you feel comfortable. Then we sat down and she read me several questions. Be prepared to answer multiple questions. It felt laid back, but you must have thought about how you were a leader, and be able to pull on past experience. they want you to be a competitive person, not afraid to work in a male-dominated environment.

Interview Details – Pretty standard questions that I would expect in just about any interview that had anything to do with sales. My first interview was conducted on my university campus with the regional sales manager. The second interview was also conducted on campus as well about a week and a half later with the recruiting coordinator. Both interviews had a fairly good feel to them and there were no real curveballs thrown by the interviewers.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time where you demonstrated real leadership abilities. View Answer
Declined Offer – Reviewed Dec 28, 2012
Interview Details – It started with two rounds of on campus interviews and then once you make it through to the third, they fly you and a bunch of other college recruits to Milwaukee. Then the 1st day they do a tour of Milwaukee, a tour of the company, and a dinner with a bunch of executive and people currently in the program. The next day is a round of interviews, everyone interviews 3 people (my suggestion try to get to know as many people the night before because a lot of them do interviews). They were all pretty laid back (1 at a time) and they have a sheet that gets passed around I believe so you're not asked the same questions. Just know 3 locations you are willing to go!
Interview Question – There weren't really any extremely difficult or unexpected questions in the final interviews. In one of the earlier interviews, however, someone asked about what I did in high school...I guess because it obviously was not on my resume but I couldn't see the importance of that. Answer Question

Interview Details –
1st interview - Consisted of a phone interview with the territory manager. They ask your standard interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, experience and so forth)
2nd interview - I met with the manager at a local Home Depot and he walked me around the store telling me about different products while asking standard interview questions at the same time. It was a very low key/low stress interview, but definitely dress to impress (full suit and tie).
Interview Question – List ten characteristics about yourself that are applicable to this job (which is kind of a ridiculous question. Ten things is a bit much, it's tough not to sound redundant at that point. Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in May 2011 – Reviewed Jun 28, 2012
Interview Details – I was able to meet with the existing Territory Manager, and I had a one on one interview that was very casual. The attire in this job is blue jeans and a branded polo, so it was awkward wearing a suit. However, I would always recommend wearing a suit to an interview. I was offered job that day, and I accepted.
Interview Question – Where do you want to move? Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2010 – Reviewed Mar 22, 2012
Interview Details – The interview was fairly straight forward. You interview with a territory manager/Senior Rep, first. Then your second interview is with a territory manager or regional manager. Then your third interview is with a divisional manager, vice president, etc.

No Offer – Interviewed in Mar 2011 – Reviewed Apr 5, 2011
Interview Details – TTI came to my college's career fair. There we two days of on campus interviewing. The questions were generic and easy to answer so long as you have had decent experience and education. Utilize your experience in group projects and explain leadership opportunities and successes. If you have retail experience capitalize on it. These recruiters were laid back and easy to talk to.
