    Long drawn out process. Somewhat informal, but make sure that you present yourself professionally. Double check resume and cover letters for typos. Zero tollerance for DUI's or any drugs, they will test your hair and urine before making a job offer.

    They claim that the base salary is non negatiable, I think they've gotten a little more flexible. Base salary is low, 50 - 65k for account management
